    if you want to shutdown the website you will need to DDOS it this is an attack on a website sending udp data. the server overloads and it shutdowns but you need multy computer for such action and need at least 100 dollars for the bot and the crypter to make it fud. (fully un detectable)

    20 dollars to buy some slaves (at least 500) and that is enothe to keep them offline. But when you will stop the attack the site will be online in 4 hours so its better to just sql the site.

    another option is to learn website hacking and penetrate their security and erase all of their data and they cant recove it -this is the best option but you need some skills i learn about website hacking every day and i still have some problems in some of the sites. if you want to learn try to read this http://www.hackforums.net/showthread.php?tid=1623865 i started with this tuts and then i move on. But if you want to learn faster try to buy a private teacher (they teach for 30-50 dollars a week)
