Could anybody help me with identifying what band / track it is?
I just found it on old tape.

I love a good challenge but I don't even recognize the language here. This was a tricky one!

It almost sounds a bit like what I imagine Dead Kennedys would sound like if they were an obscure post punk band.

I bet @Spike one of many could at least identify the language, he's great on that sort of thing from my experience.

Me either, I can't recognize a single word! Though, I have some suppose I guess that in the attached sample, he sings "Iiiiiiii, I want your sex".
Dead Kennedys is good direction, I'd personaly shoot it's GG Allin.

Now I can hear that too, lol. It sounds like the chorus has 2 verses. The 1st verse sounds like "Aaaare, are you ready" and the 2nd verse sounds like what you heard. But then again we could both be wrong
I like the Dead Kennedys analogy.
