working out

    hey so what other punks work out? hahaha ever since i got outta rehab i have been hitting the gym like crazy!

    I've been semi-attempting (ok, not really.) to. I'm a scrawny fuck, and though I'm pretty athletic, I'm still out of shape, and extremely unhealthy for a vegan of my age. I just want to put on weight, and be better at being mobile, I mean, it's always good to be able to move, fight, run, etc, and actually having some strength, or stamina behind it.

    I'm having some problems with eating ( I'm not able to eat much, and my blood tests are not so good, not that I know why, but doctor says so), but I'm still training whenever I can. I'm often hicking, and that's why I'm sometimes in the gym running like crazy. As for strenght work-outs, I do them at home, just to keep myself from dying. I think workouts can be pretty useful, and can make your day better ( I usually get up early in the morning and go to gym and that really makes my day ) :thumbsup:

    see i like to go to the gym at night, but yea man it does make you feel great! hahahaha im in the best shape of my life right now

    I just started working out several weeks ago as I'm trying to put on weight (Skinny as hell). I found some vegan protein powder which I'm taking after my workouts, hopefully that will help with my muscle building.

    Yeah, it seems that all veges have problem with being skinny :/ First, I was a bit afraid to workout since my eating habbits are bad, but when I started it went well. I'm just a vegeterian, so I eat eggs and quinoa, they are full of proteins that are needed for muscle development.
