What was your first ever show?

I remember when I was 14, I went to see my first ska-punk concert . The bands where : Flashlight, The Couch Addiction, The Gamblers and an other band that called "Strange Taste" that I never heard about after that show. That was my first concert and it really got me interested in my local scene.

 

Officially it was Weird Al with my parents at the fair when I was like 8 or something.
As far as punk/ music I'm into now, it was the "misfits" (without danzig) when I was in 8th grade. 13 I think.
They played with D.I., Franki Doll and the Broken Toys, the Skulls and 45 Grave.
D.I. sucks now, and I've never been a fan of Franki Doll, though I've been to her house and shit.
D.I. kicked out chckn and want to make big $$$, and Franki cycles through members and plays shows at Hot topic >.<

A christian metal concert LOL Prayer Chain, Mortal, Alter Boys, and a few others. As lame as it was, it was osuprisingly one of the most intense mosh pits i've ever been in

 

It involved a quart of King Cobra beforehand. The Casualties opened, followed by The Virus, then Total Chaos, with Charged G.B.H. headlining. I figured that was a good start. I've since hung out with all the dudes from The Casualties (I work with this guy Arthur that grew up with Jorge, Ricky, and most of the other dudes), and they're pretty chill.

Can't really remember what was my first show, but iI think it was PARAGRAF 119 and some other danish punkbands at my old local venue Paramount DIY.

I think the first "bigger" concert I went on were The Adicts when i was 13. (well im 14 now ).

Misfist are coming into my town ( singer or someone not sure..) its really stupid. they suck

 

every band stopped their set at some point to do a group prayer... it was surreal.

 

My first punk show was The British Invasion 2003 it was
NEW YORK REL-X, TOTAL CHAOS, DISCHARGE, THE ADICTS, THE EXPLOITED
at the time it was super kick ass! haha i still see the adicts everytime they come to southern california! They're just to fun

 

I've been to as many shows as i could afford over the years but, honestly, my first "official" show would've been............. Fred Penner (when i was about 4)

 

Mine was Front 242. I was lucky to make it in because I didn't have enough cash thinking twenty bucks would be enough. Some nice fellow gave me the rest. First time dancing in a pit as well. It was hell of a night. But, I can't remember my first punk show because it was at a local club with local bands that probably no longer exist. My memory isn't what it used to be, I can feel the rusty gears turning.

 

first concert -- The Tubes at the California State Fair when I was 11 or 12. First punk show a few years later with Crucifix, JFA, Whipping Boy, Dead Pledge -- safe to say that Crucifix set changed my life

Been into punk/crust/grind for as long as I can remember but also was into metal/thrash for a period of time. First show was 14 went to see AC/DC, then a year later caught Metallica and Slayer and then about two after that Kreator.
