Vicious Irene is an all grrrl punkcrew from Gothenburg, Sweden. They play melodic punkrock and can be described as a perfect mix of d-beat and rock'n'roll with some harmonies. Their style is raw, to the point and pissed off. The vocal melodies are right on, the lyrics are simple and straight forward and deal with issues like breaking norms in society. The band started playing together in the end of 2001 and the during their 10 years, they have done a lot of gigs and tours both in Europe and USA. In 2010 they released a 7" on Ruin Nation Records called "Trash your future".
