    Alter! Das Album Berlin Punk Sampler 1981-1986
    Release Date : 1991

    First 2000 copies came with photocopied German insert including Pogar discography, some lyrics and background information about the Berlin punk scene 1977-1991. Track A5 is incorrectly denoted "Here's A Warning" on sleeve and labels, but it's "Burning Bones", taken from the 1985 Vellocet ep "Here Is The Warning"

    Vellocet Biography

    Vellocet were a thrash metal/Crossover band formed in Berlin, Germany in 1985. Formed out of the ashes of the Hardcore Punk band VKJ (Vorkriegsjugend). The 7" Ep and a first album are Thrash Metal, while the second album is a mix of Hardcore and Thrash. (Crossover). Their first release was the "Here's the Warning" sinlge in 1985, followed by two full-lengths in 1986 and 1988. for more info including album reviews and track listings, check out the bands page at http://www.metal-archives.com/
