Holy motherfucking hell mate. You come into a leftist space and admit to holding a right wing belief? What the hell is wrong with you?
For one, I am a trans male. The last thing I care about right now is if I have a dick or not, if you can believe it. I'm more worried about how America has concentration camps and is raiding churches. Now you mentioned class struggle. I myself am poor, and I grew up on food stamps and even then I have had days where I didn't have dinner (my school had free breakfast and lunch). I recognize that this was only a life I lived because money is valued more than people, and that the upper classes strive to keep me in this lower class to further their own wealth.
Now onto your point about Palestine. I remember early into the genocide (I am not sure about know) openly queer people going to Gaza to give aid and they were just fine. Even if every single Palestinian was a raging homophobe/transphobe I still would not support Israel. Why? I don't support genocide. While queer rights are important, Palestinians deserve to be able to keep their homes and live in their own land even, and to me that is a much more pressing matter on the global stage.
Now onto your other points which are complete and utter bullshit. Regret rates are lower than tattoos for gender affirming care. I am an adolescent, and constantly think of ending my own life because I cannot receive the care I need in order to live a happy life. I have thought about carving myself open. Allowing me to do that would be more cruel than letting me have testosterone, because at least one allows me to live past 17.
Nobody is walking around with their penises out, and if they are it's either at an adult's only event or usually they get arrested or their asses beat.
My identity should not be fought. I have always felt like a man even before I knew the words or how fucked the world is. If anything it is mindsets like yours that should be fought because, believe it or not, you even thinking these things hurts people, including me. Go learn about actual leftism or go fuck yourself.

I've always believed in giving people a second chance, if they ask for it. I doubt he would've bothered writing that email if he didn't mean it.

If he indeed only wants to come back for malicious reasons we can simply ban him again. For good this time. I think the potential benefits of letting him come back (allowing him to change his mindset and possibly that of those around him by giving him the opportunity to interact with us, as long as he's open and willing to change) far outweigh any possible negative consequences. Like, what's the worst that can happen?
