Is it abnormal that I find the face of punk to be eurocentric? I mean the scene is predominantly white people. Just saying.

besides the local circumstances i guess it's important to think about the aspect of "who" has access to the necessary technology and media to spread punk and whatever else from less well off areas out into the world - asia for example seems to be rich with local bands, also the middle- and south americas, but for the people there it's much harder to use a computer and recording equipment than it is for us.
who knows what great stuff we will never hear just because it don't gets recorded and spread via the nets.
thank punk we poor caucasians aren't alone on this planet!
