    Hardcore punk band from Frankfurt, Germany.

    Pullermann are an interesting and somewhat unusual band thanks to the "crazy" vocals. I used to have this ep but it got lost somehow and it was near impossible to find a working download for it, or even someplace where I could download all songs separately in mp3 format but I eventually found an mp3 hosting site that had the entire ep, albeit in one long file, but that shouldn't be huge a problem.
    'Pullermann' is a slang word for a 'dick'. 'Pullern' = to piss, and 'Mann' obviously means man, so the direct translation would be Pissman.
