    A shocking reveal of recent events in Sri Lanka (up to May 2009). It exposes disgraceful atrocities and the near unquestionable war crimes by the Sri Lanka Government Army and, to a lesser degree, the Tamil Tigers. Some of the footage is very disturbing. It also shows the frustrating hypocrisies and impotency of international law. Horrible, horrible stuff.

    was screened here on 'Four Corners' on the ABC (State TV).
    In the context of offshore detention of asylum seekers in Australia, it's caused a lil' bit of a stink as many people arriving ("illegally") in Australia seeking refuge are from Sri Lanka.
    Australia currently puts kids in prisons for fleeing war zones such as the ones in this doco...
