So, I am going on vacation to New York City...

In like, 6 days. It's a 4 day trip, and I was just wondering if anybody knew of some cool spots to check out that aren't all touristy and stupid. I've got a plan to hit up pretty much every record store that I possibly can, but that's about it. I'm open to just about anything, as long as it's cheap. Or free. Or awesome enough to spend what little money I have on it.

Also, I'm staying in Brooklyn. So- anything there is cool too.
