Hello, my name is sarah. My political views are anarchism but, sadly, I don't do any real direct action. everything i do is pretty passive. I am an artist and I love to draw, paint and i also like to do any sort of crafts. Im becoming an art teacher and i go to a community college in san bernardino. my myspace is www.myspace.com/sarahsowers ...ive been vegetarian for a little over 7 years now and i keep on failing at veganism. Thats pretty much it, i am a very boring person haha -peace
you don't sound like a boring person ! your drawings really kick ass, good job !! love the portraits, and the paintings too! oh and welcome to the forums !
Hi Sarah, Welcome Drawings are great Music good too I went vegan about three months ago, cold tofurkey (not cold turket). Didn't do the vegetarian thing. I don't miss it at all. Kudos to you for being a veggie for seven years. I find the thing that you need to do if you truely want to be vegan is plan a little more. I find it best if there are always some staples in the fridge, freezer and pantry. Soy yoghurt, soy cheese (toftti singles), soy cream cheese (tofutti), soy milk, tofu - firm, soft, and marinaded in fridge Wholemeal bread in freezer Plenty or fresh fruit and veggies Plenty of nuts, seeds, dried fruits (apricots, dates, figs, pepitas etc) Plenty of cans of things like red kidney beans, chick peas, lentils etc Also plenty of dried pulses, such as lentils, haricot beans but make sure you soak them overnight in the fridge, rinse well and then boil without salt. But of course being a vegie for seven years you already new all of this Cheers
