    I go to the gym about 5 times a week and I get to let out all of my anger on the weights and the boxing bags...I wrap my hands very carefully before I put the gloves on because I go all out on the fuckers for about half an hour in 3 minute bursts.

    Helps when I have Iggy Pop or Black Flag on my discman.
