i have been smoking cigs' and weed for about 5 years and i have decided that i need to quit. there are a couple of reasons i want to quit, e.g Animal testing, supporting big bussines, supporting Deforestation for tobbaco crops and my overall health. i am finding it extremely hard and i am missing weed more than tobacco i undertand that weed can be smoked neat (on its own) but it dont seem to do any thing for me, so im am quiting both unless theres a good reason to smoke weed (party, celebration) has any one got any words of encourgement or story's of thier personal situation with addiction. FUCK I NEED A BONG
Re: quiting cigarette's i wos drug adict for 6 years. Gonna skip all the thing wos passing thru the rehab program and will be shot. When i stopped smoking cigs, just like DisCrust said focus your mind on something. My focus was guitar, books, taking a walk(5-10 miles, every day and if it is possible rural areas where you can t find a living soul..because of cigs hehe).I wish you all the best
thanks for the replys guys, im finding it very hard mainly because i live with an alchoholic and thats stressing, today i was going through bad physical withdrawels and felt like a piece of shit, i lost will power and had to smoke a spliff. i have decided that im going to cut out cigs and the bong and just smoke two, three spliffs a day which is a big improvment, hopefully i can gradually become less dependant on the tobaco and eventually quit. Dis crust im trying to make the time work for me but it has seemed to slow down to a near stop. Ahhhhhhh how can a plant make you feel like this
Good decision, hope it will work out for you, have some friends struggling the same way. Its not easy but totally worth it. Big up!
