'Batman Live'

Turn off the dark on Spider-Man: relaunch or not, it's Batman's turn in the stage spotlight.

The arena road show, called "Batman Live" and launching in July in Manchester, England, is set to tour the world with what organizers are promising is a dazzling rock and roll event with the Caped Crusader, sidekick Robin and some of their most enduring enemies performing nightly feats of pyrotechnics.

While photos of the stage have already surfaced, the first clip of the show's action has now been released. That being said, it's the camera that's doing the action; grand, sweeping movements on stage have been paused, frozen in ether to tease both audience imaginations and wallets wide open.

"What it is really is rock and roll," choreographer Anthony Van Laast said at the show's opening press conference. "Almost all of us come from a rock and roll background, we know we can fill an arena, we can do the whizz bangs and the special effects - all we needed was a really good yarn as the backbone of the show, and we've got that. It's not a musical."

Probably for the best; Bruce Wayne doesn't seem like he's one for show tunes. Joker, on the other hand...

My mate worked on the background graphics for this. There is even a 'Botros Road' or something that is named after him.

I'm pretty sure it was a joke (as in Alex Jones is the vigilante hero he looks up to most?). It made me laugh, that guy is hella stupid.

I understood that Caps, however when you post links to his youtube videos he gets more hits which in turn promotes his agenda which in turn ....etc. etc. etc.

there is such a thing as bad press...
Whilst it may give this video more hits, its arguable how lots of ppl watching a video of Jones acting like the delusional (though often amusing) fuckwit he is counts as 'promotional' imho.
