    OK... the book is 888 pages, great.
    The book seems to touch on an important issue, imho. Violent situations where there should without exception and fail be any (though of course, any kind of non-consensual violence* fits that description) is a very, very important issue.
    So WTF @ THE PRICE?

    I just had to get that out.

    *: I love martial arts, these are inherently violent, but anyone participating in them is in effect consenting to practice this form of violence and have it practiced on him, hence the explicit distinction.
