Identify this sample CONSUME - Victory is Mine

    I'm trying to figure out where CONSUME got this sample, sounds like a movie or a news broadcast.
    It's in the beginning of "Victory Is Mine" off the dropdead split

    It sounds like an asian language with a translator in front of it speaking..

    skip to 4:05, it's from the man who was and wrote the memoir "Papillon", on the set of the movie they made of it with Steve McQueen. I guess this is the abbreviated version, but if you google it your whole quote is there. Haven't seen this movie in years, it was one of my mom's favorites. Always heard the book was incredible.
