How long until we are labeled terrorists? How long before we are taken? The world is changing and the future for us is bleak. I do not suggest giving up hope, I do not invite despair. The knock on the door, the questions, the searches. It's going to happen. Anarchists will have no quarter shown. The world is changing. I saw cages ready in Canada, ready for caging protesters. One day they will not be released. Just dissolved.

One day all of this we speak of, all of this resistance, will HAVE to be more than just words. Otherwise we will have nothing left.

We are already labelled as terrorists. Anarchists are targetted in many anti-terrorist programs, including US and Canada

I wonder, how long before a bomb attack is carried out and blamed on Anarchists (like Hitler and the Reichstag!)? To dehumanise us further, to give excuse to rid their society of us?
I fear the future is dark.

Brighten up lad, join the local subhumans of your choice and start getting rid of society, the future isn't dark, it's just a question how many are poking up the fire.
And they called me worse things than "terrorist" - soldier for example :ecouteurs: or citizen :ecouteurs:

who cares if we are labeled terrorists? if terror can bring down the governments and bring on anarchism, then i'm all for it, and the media can call it whatever they want.

if we are labelled "terrorists" we will be made the enemy of the people. If we are the enemy of the people there will be no revolution. Understand?

Me and my 2 friends are the only people in my school who listen to the music we like (Punk, Metal, etc..) and we are the only people in the school that are anarchists. Everyone else thinks it's chaos and terror, our teachers think we're insane and always try to force their beliefs on us. I try to explain things to them and they just say we're being naive and that we will be considered terrorists or something like that. I think the school system is a bunch of bullshit, not only because we get lied to eveyday in social studies (history). My teacher screamed at us because we didn't pledge to the flag and say the national anthem, he looked like he wanted to stab me haha.

Most of the people want some changes, and most of the people are happy to have us becouse we are fun, with our protest and "terroist attacks". I wouldn't blame people for saying we are terrorists, becouse they couldn't possibly learn anything about anarchism in their life, if they were not interested. So, it all comes down to school I guess, telling us chaos in Ancient Greece was anarchy. Also, I religious people are against any form of anarchism / socialism, becouse first of all they don't like our lifesyle ( and they are conservative, and when you put that together you will see that they hate us) second, we are against authority which god presents so..well, they will support government rather then revolution ( not all of them, of course, but I'm talking more less about majority of people )

@trevor : Well, that's nothing new, and you shouldn't be that supprised. People are naive, so are we sometimes, but the fact is that even if we are naive, we stand for something better then this, and they don't.

Historically, it's such a misnomer. Really, if you compare anarchists to Marxists or capitalists or fascists and they have probably employed the least amount of terror (terror meaning to use violence or the threat of violence to impose a political will). I guess, the only difference is with anarchists you can put specific names to the terror - Berkman, Czgolsz and the Unabomber (alright, mislabelled, but considered an anarchist in mainstream circles).

After September 12th, 2001, I covered the back of my leather jacket which had the CONFLICT logo painted on the back, combed my hair down and kept my mouth shut!

When I saw how people were acting and behaving after the WTC fell, I thought it was better to just keep my mouth shut, my ears and eyes opened, and see what happens next, and plan accordingly. Just going to a peace vigil to mourn the dead was enough to get you stopped by the police, among other nasty things I won't go into in greater detail. And remember, that was BEFORE the internet took off and we had shit like Facebook which now makes it MUCH EASIER for the powers that be to glean information on you, and brand you as a "Terrorist" "Subversive" "Enemy of the state" or whatever they want to label you so they can rail road you and make you "Disappear" without a trace. You started this thread in 2010. It's only going to get WORSE!
