They are basically two branches of anarchism.
Anarcho-Syndicalism focuses on the labor movement/ labor right etc

"Anarchist communism (also known as anarcho-communism or libertarian communism) is a theory of anarchism which advocates the abolition of the state, private property, and capitalism in favor of common ownership of the means of production,[1][2] direct democracy and a horizontal network of voluntary associations and workers' councils with production and consumption based on the guiding principle: "from each according to ability, to each according to need"."

The difference is, that Anarcho-communism is a way to organize society,
    as Probe listed above,
while Anarcho-syndicalism is a way to reach such society,
Using Anarchist Syndicates to organize and mobilize the working class.

The problem with establishing an Anarchist society is that it has to be done in some kind of revolution.
The Anarchist syndicates can organize and sort of "take over" society from the state,
to give it back to the people. If you want to know exactly how Anarcho Syndicalism works, you should read about the Spanish Revolution :)

Uhmm... That doesn't make any sence at all.

How do I live my life?
    Angry and oppressed.

    As we all are.
