Hello everyone i am a punk currently staying in anatolia(Turkey). I mainly listen anarcho-punk, crust punk and folk punk. I enjoy punk music from various countries. I am excited to find new music(old ones are getting quite stale). i actually don't know what i can put here so, if you got any questions or just want to talk in general feel free to hit me up!

It's weird... A lot of "punks" who just are mean spirited dipshits. But there are also quite good ones. It's mixed honestly. About punk bands I would recommend Spray(oi-street punk), poster-iti(crust punk), emaskulator(riot grrrl-hc). I plan to download/rip all of the punk bands music i can find and upload it to here and to soulseek.

 

Well a lot are being like fuck the world then harassing trans people, luckily enough we have BPK(Independent Punk Collective). Also poster-iti isn't so active anymore, after pandemic but it is still being listened to. I would also recommend rotting system(HC) and others. Also about soulseek i usually just download from people. Sadly i have lost my most archive(again... third time this time but i am recollecting everything to spread them) However if you have started to use it we can add each other as buddies. I am going to configure my cd rips to upload to the soulseek as i haven't found some of them on the internet for local bands.

Yeah you can directly do that and you can also talk to people from the search as well. It's quite easy once you get used to it. HMU with your soulseek account i will add you.

I am downloading it right now. I will try to archive old turkish punk as they are rotting away in the internet with dead links and not many people knowing them. i am currently waiting response from poster-iti. Spray will send me their flacs and mp3s. Ayilar said they don't care if it is shared. Same with Emaskulator, Hedonistic noise, Hexaboom. I am currently collecting their music to upload.

i am interersted on the soulseek name as well as it's hard to download/archive from the site

 

Also maybe we can exchange soulseek accounts and distribute our files to each other? Instead of one central distributer we would have multiple p2p connections so the music distribution wont stop lol
