need your collective memory to solve a decades-old mystery that's been on my mind.

I'm looking for a punk/oi! band that I heard on the radio in the 80s/early 90s, but which, as far as I remember, WASN'T BRAZILIAN. The only way I knew about this band was through a live recording, probably of a show, that aired on Rádio Fluminense FM (the one that was famous in Rio de Janeiro and has since gone off the air).

Here are the crucial tracks I have:

It Wasn't Brazilian: The sound was clearly international, perhaps from the UK, Europe, or the US. The vocals weren't in Portuguese.

Only Live Recording on Cassette Tape: The announcer always makes it clear that it was a rare "bootleg," a recording of a show that was only available on cassette tapes in the underground circuit. The quality was very raw; you could hear the crowd and the sound directly from the mixing desk.

Spanish Introduction: This is the most striking detail! The song they played always began with the vocalist shouting an introduction in Spanish, something like "
    "Por toda mi vida"
" or a short phrase, before the band kicked in.

The Radio Station Was Fluminense FM: This situates the event in the state of Rio de Janeiro and the alternative scene the station covered at the time.

Made available by punk Rossi from the time of his K7 Tape access
