I had no clue Iskra's singer was female until i saw live pics on another forum. Danielle's got the prettiest, neat little dreads I've ever seen.

Just downloaded the Jobbykrust discog, loving it so far.

Does anyone have any Question they'd be willing to post? I tried looking for some of their albums online, but couldn't find anything.

I had no clue until I saw that big post of yours in this thread haha...I'd seen pictures too, but they were from the side stage or something and every member looked pretty much the same anyways haha...and I can't believe I didn't know that, how did I not know that about a band I listen to so much...

Winds of Genocide are a special one. The only crust (or any other music I can think of) band with a transgendered female singer. Bomb music, and since I feel gender-indentity is legit, it totally counts.

Is anyone else here a Submission Hold fan?

I'm uploading all their stuff I have (4 albums, and 2 collections of tracks off various demos and singles) tonight when I get some time.

I feel like I should make anarcho/crust punk trading cards and put little "did you know..." sections at the back bottom under band members/stats.

Keep firing out suggestions. I really dig bands with female vocals. They just seem to have so much more range than males. Plus it's good to see something that's not a boy's club.

I wouldn't say it has to do with range, but it seems, at least from the male vocalists I know, a lot of them are more concerned with doing harsh screams than actually singing.

Vocals don't start until 1:18 if you get impatient, but Vae Victis are fantastic anyway!
