    Same thing...

anarchism is the name of the philosophy

autonomy is part of anarchism anf it's how the economy and the society will be managed:
a society without government is autonomous
    shop without boss is autonomy

    etc...

Oh, I was confused because I read this interview thing with Stza from Choking Victim and he said he was an Autonomist and not an Anarchist.

    yup....

"autonomist" term can be vague... there is a lot of different movement.... german autonomists, french autonomists, russian autonomists, etc.... It can even stand for national-autonomist, the anarcho-autonomous movement in germany and france (aka the ultra-left).... But in the anarcho-punk scene, autonomist is definatly synonymous of anarchism...

Anyway, most of autonomists are anarchists

I said this not even in response to this thread, so much as other shit I've heard about Stza saying. I just wouldn't put too much stock into anything that guy says. He tries to sound intellectual, but in the end he's a drugged out sell-out idiot.

In anarchism, autonomy is a given. I don't see the need to differentiate.
