Old post, but just wanted to recommend it to anyone who has never heard it. This record, and the P.E.A.C.E. compilation on R Radical, were the first two international hc/punk comps I ever heard. Great stuff, especially the Crude SS and COC tracks. The PHC songs are nothing special but interesting to hear very subtle hints of what would come much later (MITB).
