Hi, I've been into punk for about two years now and it's made me a better person. I've always had "punk" beliefs about government control, the police, being vegetarian/vegan, equality, religion and how people interact with each other, but punk music helped me find more people like me and ways to send my messages to the world. I've been vegetarian my whole life and a few years ago I decided religion is bullshit and became atheist. I'm a musician, I play hardcore-punk, metal and anti-folk music. I switch between playing electric guitar, acoustic guitar, and electric bass; but I'm thinking about learning a classic instrument as well. It's extremely hard to name my favorite bands but here is a list of some: Bad Music (friends band), Bad Religion, Beastie Boys, The Beatles, Black Sabbath, Blackbird Raum, Cherry Poppin' Daddies, Citizen Fish, Converge, D.O.A., Distillers, Eagles Of Death Metal, Fall Of The Bastards, Fugazi, Minor Threat, Gogol Bordello, Early Green Day, Leftover Crack, Less Than Jake, Star Fucking Hipsters, Choking Victim, Misfits, Mursa (friends band) Nirvana, Operation Ivy, Rape Revenge, Nausea, Rage Against The Machine, Rudimentary Peni, Subhumans, Wingnut Dishwasgers Union, Johnny Hobbo and the Freight Trains, Violent Femmes... That's probably too much, but I love music so it's hard to pick favorite bands. Anyways I hope to find more people similar too me, and maybe learn new things as well.
