    I guess the title says it all. I am hoping that some people from this board will be interesting and give the book a read.

    I would love to hear feedback, discuss the topics, etc. with anyone up for it.

    I self-published the book and have numerous stories about the process if anyone wants to discuss that process either. It was an interesting experience.

    Sure. Topics include things like DIY, gender/masculinity/sexuality, direct action, anti-racism, straight edge, etc.

    I know. The service I used to distribute this book automatically puts it up on the iTunes and Nook bookstores if you offer an ebook version (which I do).

    Mate... $5 for an e-book? Where's the open access link? I'm currently doing a PhD on similar stuff, i'd love to read your book - but I won't give money to fuckers like iTunes, and I won't pay $5 for an e-book. And nearly $10 for a paperback? If it's self-published surely this could be significantly cheaper?! I don't think even AK Press or PM would go charging that much.

    No, I'm sure that AK Press wouldn't charge that much because they have established processes, long-standing relationships with other businesses/collectives, and printing in bulk on their side. I assure you that I only pull in a couple bucks per book and haven't even come close to repaying the costs associated with the formatting/design work that was done for this release.

    You may not agree with how I've gone about selling this release, and that is fine, but I don't think it's fair to hint at some sort of profiteering scheme that I'm supposedly running when you aren't familiar with the financial realities of the situation.

    HA i was just pulling your leg there Built To Destroy, if you gave it away for free I might or might not read it, and if the books good enough, someone here or there will eventually rip it and set it free, and those who will read it, today, tomorrow or 10 years from now will have access to it, thats just the way things work with anything that is digitized these days, it seems to escape the hands of its makers, like music, movies, books, apps, and memes ;)

    I do know that it took a lot of work to create this book and i do appreciate that you gave yourself this awesome project to tell its story :D
