    Coming from a 15 year old, I think Teens can give consent to this type of shit, if they have in puberty.

    i think it's not only the physical part, a kind of mental, emotional and psychological maturity is very important too.
    growing up you can learn from the inevitable teenage dramas, serial-crying a river all day and night about the cruelty of a person your age, leaving you with a broken heart after three days holding hands on the way home... but you will glue this broken thing together again and get ready for the next act, then the next and the next after that - until you are able to deal with everything possible between partners/lovers as an adult.
    but dealing with a person lacking the ability to have an age-appropriate relationship, being completely absorbed by egoicentric needs, up to the capability/the habit to use physical and emotional force - and, worst of all:
    explicitly searching for an "object" less able to defend him/herself than the avoided "unattractive" adults?

    i guess the chances at russian roulette are better...
