Oh boy, do I love crust and sludge, but I haven't listened that much Doom metal - maybe I should start checking those bands out someday.

for crust/sludge/doom music i'd say Asymmetric Warfare, Nux Vomica, Wormphlegm, Caulfield. i saw this band, Stone Titan, play in july and they were really good heavy sludge/doom but i wouldn't know how to get a hold of one of their albums besides from them. check out this kinda melodic sludgy crust band Bacchus from Ireland, too. they're pretty good, they're playing where i live pretty soon and if i can get a cd from them i'll upload it. http://youtu.be/dVKObFpLd_Y

Check out some croatian crust bands-Spiridon Mekas Crust,Stigma,Intoxicate,Krvavi Mandat,AK-47,also slovenian Sod 'n' Dan

There aren't many of them but they are good,I though about listing few more bands but they are more grindcore/death metal than crust.

I've found my thread. Doom/Sludge is mostly what I've been listening for some time now. Even starting up a slow, sludgy/doomy type band. ANYWAY, I saw a TON of great suggestions. Every one mentioned in here are top shelf, but I'll contribute a few myself. This is in alphabetical order because I'm listing these from my playlist.
    Coffinworm - Blackened Doom.
Cursed - They played a really crusty, sludgy version of hardcore.
Earth - For good droney doom (these guys are the Godfathers of the whole drone doom movement) check out their earlier material
flyingsnakes - Just saw these guys, very crusty. They're definitely a good mix of hardcore, sludge, and crust
Karp - A bit rock and roll, but definitely have some sludgy moments. Try if you like the Melvins, this is Jared Warren's band prior to Big Business
Phantom Glue - definitely a Melvins vibe going on, but with harsher vocals. Doomy/sludgy.
Rwake - These guys are essential if you like really heavy sludge.
Samothrace - Slow, VERY heavy doom, with some crust influences
Sons Of Otis - Stoner Doom. Moving at the speed of tectonic plate shifting.

and finally, I would suggest listening to Yob if you really like Doom. Those guys are the SHIT.

Church Of Misery, ah. Love them. My brother's drummer knows those guys. He used to drum in The Hidden Hand. That's another great band to check out.
