So because I mentioned that cigarette and alcohol corporations are also corrupt, I'm a straight edge militant? LOL

I get drink every week? I'm not even goign to talk about how disgusting RJ Reynolds is, because what time do I have, and they food pigs blood in their cigarettes, and test them on animals. So you can def compae them as equals.

I'm actually speaking out against those who think the latest vegan/vegetarian is actually doing something, when they are actually a bunch of progressives who think that consumer choices will change everything, when in reality, they are just buying from more corporations who even though they may not all be alligned with the big meat gmo corporations, are greedy capitalists themselves, and this so called "green" living is just a marketing scam. They basically are selling you crap that is equally as processed and disgusting, but because it's labeled green and vegan that its okay. Imagine the carbon footprint it's making to truck out so called organic and vegan "products to supermarkets.

BUt I think going local is fine, and I'm not against vegans or vegetarians, but to think that following the latest vegan trend will make you a better person, because it doesn't . Rich people are fucking vegans, sometimes they just do it to feel better about themselves.

It's pretty complex, I'll have to say that. But I think the only true impact vegans will have is to destroy capitalism, and dismantle government, the main reason that agriculture is taking place.

couldn't hurt to read it if you know a bit of the stuff she's copying from other flint stones fan boys, rumors say that there is a special site in preparation to counter the impact her polemic has made on the @-veg scenes, i was reading something about it on facebooks.
maybe it's a good thing to take her scribblings as a guideline to research the arguments one by one - so should i post the e-mule link?
it's not worth to spend money on her writings and support her big-mouthed "radical" bureaucrat carreer -
    Q: occupation?
A: founding member of... and.... of... too...

and for that she deserves an extra pie!

I just wanted to put this out there Alcohol, and Tobacco are fuckig BRIALLIANT!
    BUT FUCK THE BATF!

Boycott the alcohol amd cig corporations, they basically pay any pollitical position they feel will make them loose profit, like donating money for the illegalization of weed, and funding the The Drug Free American campaigns.

    FUCK THEM.

I''ve realized that growing your own shit really has become the best way to go. Everything is so corrupt.

gentlemen, don't forget that there is no thing only black&white or /good/evil - the same weed dealer selling you weed might be selling unhealthy stuff to other people, just because it's his business.

well, what else do you expect from capitalism? Somethings to think about:

The rumors about gen-manipulated "C-14"-cannabis are still only a rumor, I never found a really reliable source.
There were other rumors too, like pesticide-use in cannabis-massproduction giving the user an extra shot of unhealthy stuff - and the consequences of this capitalist production and fucking the customer for profitz really give me doubts about legalisation... maybe it's better to keep the market underground?

The hempen ropes are coming back again - but the cannabis-species once and now again used is a european subspecies that doesn't produces the same THC-content like the "indian" cannabis sativa - old insider joke: you can climb up the rope, but you won't get high...
And I think one still "needs" a special offical permit for the cultivation, but the seeds are already in commercially sold bird food.

from what i've learned recently, cannabis (the thc-one) was a literal "weed" in germany, years and years ago, and was at some time kinda euthanized due to the... effects of (for example) smoking it. but generally: every kind of cannabis has some thc inside, but it's the art of cultivation to raise this to an amount worth smoking... :p
that's also the reason why it's so hard to produce "high-thc"-weed. meaning, you could smoke the stuff wild-grown, but it
and for the record: official permit my ass!

...but: try to explain the police officer that you want to make ROPES out of this plants in your backjard... :ecouteurs:

the level of thc/cannabinoids-content depends on the species of the plant and the time and strength /the amount of solar energy the plant is exposed to, thats why we need artificial light here in the northwest, our daylight is too short and weak.
i think the "high"-plant never grew in our region, the plant never made it into "folk-medicine" like other plants with a psycho-active effect.
some time ago people in the village nearby got into trouble with the cops after some hemp plants started to grow in their frontgarden, right where their bird-house used to stand to feed the birds in winter... some stated they mistook the "nice plant" with a "fern" - and got away with that...
    this is really gruesome:

Straight edge.... Quite the concept to grasp, I know I may be a naive kid, I may be ignorant, and maybe even stupid, but why do people have such issues with sex? I understand the idea of, you know, "I'm gonna go have sex with some person I just met cus I'm horny and drunk" is probably not the best way to go about it, but why not with someone you Love? And any tips on switching to veganism? I've already gotten thrashed for it once, but I do eat fish, and I'm trying to avoid it, but sad to say my parents don't really agree with my choices. Does anyone have tips on how to ease the 'rents into such a large lifestyle change? I apologize in advance if I sound hypocritical in advance, but I do feel strongly that eating animals isn't great=/

YOu know what, I change my mind, I don't see anything wrong with eating meat if it's grass fed, not shot with horomones, and not treated and raised like shit.

Historically humans are omnivores, eating meat in moderation in some parts of the world, and eating it more abundantly in other areas. Vegan food isn't sustainable, soy for one thing, unless fermented is basically not fit for humans to eat.

I just realized how completely mundane the vegan lifestyle all these so called meat subsitutes are so processed and manufactured, I mean seriously?

Chinese eat tofu, but they also eat fish and other animals.

I'm against the meat industries, and the major food industries, but vegetarianism is sort of a marketing same, because they say that meat industries are the enemy, and not eating any meat makes you revolutionary. So just buy as many soydogs, veggie burgers, ricemilk, and shreds from our companies and make us rich thinking that meat is the enemy. BULLSHIT, does anyone else see where I'm coming from?

It's not meat that is the issue, it's the fucking business. I'll elaborate later.

    Vegan Powa!

    Seriously though, soy's not everything.

Sorry, a little too buzzed to cover this right now, but I have trained myself in the art of defending vegan/ vegetarian lifestyles against anything thrown its way. I will continue this tomorrow.

    Re: To Vegans and Vegetarians

I do agree with this though. In my personal definition, a Vegan is someone who chooses a lifestyle based on the most minimal suffering, and death of innocent life as possible. But environment also ties into it. This may not be the definition Donald Watson created, but the way I see it, if you know that no animal was harmed in the production of certain products, then I feel it's ok. Catch is, when cows milk naturally, it's in order to feed a calf. I don't see how getting milk this way would make sense, if they have to support a calf, maybe after it's grown, and lactation continues. Anyways, I'd still feel weird consuming anything that is from an animal, but that's just me, but if the environment is at stake, and I know the animal wasn't harmed in it's production, then I have no problem with it. I'm more practical, rational, and realistic than most vegans though. Thing is, this really isn't how things work at the moment. I can't walk a mile and find a well treated cow, or chicken, so I'm doing the next best alternative, which for the most part, does protect the environment more than a carnivorous, and most omnivorous diets at this day in age.

Also, just to make it noted, much of my produce is grown in my backyard, so I still don't feel AS bad when buying tofu, or seitan, etc. which was shipped a distance, because overall, my CO2 footprint is still microscopic compared to most. Some CO2 emissions are ok, but not on a massive scale.
