oh and i didn't see, you're from a muslim country too. I don't know the situation of İslam and capitalism in Malaysia. But i read the qoran too. And i haven't recognized any anarchistic signs. You say Islam and anarchy is close, but how can you explain all those signs about slavery and obeying? I can't translate them to English right now but if you read it you can understand my questions i think.

I was raised muslim but now I am an anarchist...I still go to mosque sometimes when I need to network around Palestinian solidarity.

The main question seems to be if a person can believe in a god and be an anarchist at the same time. I don't think so. First of all when people typically talk about converting someone to a theism, they talk about two things: violence and debt. A) God has a monopoly on force. He will destroy you or cause you suffering if you do not submit to his will. Because God has a monopoly on force it's already a forgone conclusion that the world should be ruled by him. If you buy all of that, organizing the world to have a centralized power that forces the moral decisions of god onto all people is just a time saving device.

B) God has create you. This labor was so consuming and/or valuable that you're now in a state of permanent slavery to him. Your contract with god is written into the laws of the universe, there is no escape. Violating this contract legitimates god's use of force.

Perhaps there's other reasons to believe in a god but these are the main arguments I see. I tried to show that they're fairly out of line with anything resembling anarchism. I think certain kinds of animism are reconcilable with anarchism, perhaps even more conducive to than atheism but the minute you get a centralized spiritual power it begins to look like an attempt to claim centralized secular power.
