I am working with Mortarhate Records to set up a 'pay-what-you-want' download section for all the Conflict releases on MoshpitTragedy.com - problem is they do not have a lot of the cds to send me so I scan the artwork and rip the mp3s from.

If anyone has ANY of the Conflict titles (albums, live, singles etc) that were released on Mortarhate Records, I will send you some MTR stickers & buttons as a thanks if you can rip/scan them for me.

    Very important details:
-CD releases only (no mp3s from vinyl)
-If it has any other label's logo on the back, I can't use it. It has to be only Mortarhate, or if there is no logo that is ok.
    -Mp3s must be 320kbps
-Front, back, and all inserts need to be scanned at 300dpi (dots per inch) in JPG format (cropping not important)
-Mp3s and art for each album should be put in its own zip folder and uploaded to mediashare, yousendit or 4shared - if you do not have an account you can use mine.

Please email me first and let me know what titles you have, and I will let you know which ones I still need:
    rayny[at]moshpittragedy.com

I don't have time to check back here, but I will respond promptly to emails.

    Thanks for your help!

I hope that does not mean you are going to disallow the download of Conflict on Anarcho-Punk.net like the other bands on your label...

I'm not sure who would want to spend their time to help someone making profit on their work by selling downloads and making money from ads but i wish you good luck anyway...

To the first part... No, I'm not going to bother you about it. I've thought about it more over time, and I will just leave it up to the bands to worry about that stuff, if they care to.

To the second part... If you think Moshpit Tragedy is primarily about making a profit, why do you think we give the downloads away for free? We do have ads, but the amount of money we make from them doesn't even cover the web-hosting.

I was asking members of the punk community to help support something that is going to benefit the community, but if you are seeing it in some other way thats fine. I don't have to post here if its a problem for you.

It isn't a problem, I think Ungov was just weary of a label telling us to cease and desist......cheers
