Is anyone else noticing this horrendous fad of owning these little guys around the U$A? I haven't done any research on them but they recently started being sold in a mall nearby and the "business" looked a bit shifty. The animals were packed into poor conditions and being sold off at outrageous prices. Any information on this?

Well the laws are different in the states and in New Hampshire the law is unknown you can check with you local council
for restrictions for selling and keeping the gliders.

    New Hampshire

Summary of Law: It is unlawful for persons to possess exotic animals, such as felines, bears, wolves, poisonous reptiles, and non-human primates, unless they are exhibitors. However, there are certain noncontrolled animals that may be privately possessed within the state without a license. Noncontrolled animals include, but are not limited to: sugar gliders, non-venomous reptiles, ferrets, etc.

Owning any animal that hasn't been domesticated over hundreds of years (i.e dogs, cats) is retarded. There's a similar trend with people buying owls cause they're cute as fuck and finding out that they're (fucking duh) dangerous, not easily trained animals. Wild things are best left in the wild.

I think if you don't have a pair of gliders the single one gets lonely and dies

I wanted to own a pet owl for a while when I was younger. Then I realized it would probably never let me sleep.....
