Can someone point me in the direction of some of this stuff? Whether it be in the Amebix/Axegrinder style or more the Dystopia/Skaven one, either way is fucking amazing and I hunger for more...this miht not be the right forum for this, but it seemed the most fitting at a glance. Thanks in advance!

    Atmospheric:

Agrimonia (epic doom metal/crust from Sweden)
Fall of Efrafa (grey area, elements of crust and definitely atmospheric)
    Alpinist
Zoe (sped-up Amebix style from Japan, occasional weird synth)

I'm sure I'll come up with more once I'm more awake (7:30 am here).

Female Vocals (which I LOVE btw):

    Skarp
    Detestation
    Contravene
    Securicor
    Detonate
    Vicious Irene
    Nausea (obviously)
Sacrilege (political 80's thrash metal, female vocals)
Detente (same as above, not AS thrashy but good)
Kill The Man Who Questions - (politcal thrashy hardcore punk, m/f vocals-I believe Andrew Martini from Limp Wrist was the M vocals)
    Antischism (again, obviously)
    Anti-Product
    Spitboy
Melt Banana (weird shit from Japan)
    Lost Cherrees

    Oooh...two Polish bands:

Filth of Mankind (for the atmospheric metallic crust category)
    and
Post Regiment (female fronted anarchist hardcore punk)

I have a "thing" for foreign languages, and polish is one of my favorites. Wish I could speak it.

Disrupt's songs with female vocals really kick ass. Not really crust but anarchist grindcore is probably close enough. Some of Wolfbrigade's tracks off of Progression/Regression feature a guest female vocalist who's pretty good.

Religion is a Fraud is my favorite Disrupt song, mainly because of the pissed-off female vocals.

    Ok, here's onefor both categories:

Gallhammer - japanese all-female band, musically like Amebix+Hellhammer+Doom Metal

<3 Disrupt, Wolfbrigade, and Martyrdod are all so fucking good.

And Gallhammer, there is a band I've meant to check out for a long time...I do have some of their stuff on my lap-top, I gotta listen to it soon. There just isn't enough time in the day for all the music I wanna listen to haha..
