I'm not that much into this kind of music, i'm more into fast aggressive shit, but i do like some, the best i can mention other then Dystopia might be bands you haven't heard of because they haven't been around for too long.

    Brainoil (Oakland,CA)
    Destroy Judas(Orange County,CA)

Both bands have members of many old great bands, and current ones as well.

Destroy Judas has members of Dystopia,Mindrot,Phobia, some other ones i forget the names.

Sanctum, Stormcrow, Instinct Of Survival, Agrimonia, Contagium, Relics Of Future etc. There are so many awesome stenchcore/crust bands that you need to hear!
I personally have been listening to Instinct Of Survival a lot and have started to think that they are probably the best "new" stenchcore band out there.
Saw them play live a few years back in Play Fast Or Dont Fest and i was blown away.

Havent hear Leechmilk but ive listened to Facedowninshit:s album "Nothing Positive, Only Negative" and i thought that it was "ok" at best.
Does anyone like Laudanum? They made a split with Oakland crusters Stormcrow last year.
Good slow doom with a heavy drone influence.

I looooove sludge. Crowbar is one of my favorite bands of all time. Kirk Windstein is a god. Doom metal is also amazing. Electric Wizard, Witchfinder General, Saint Vitus, etc, I could listen to that shit all day.

Don't know if they have been posted already (just skimmed through the topic) but Al-Thawra from Chicago are a awesome crust/sludge band!

They were originally part of the Taqwacore (Islamic punk) movement but have sinced distanced themselves from that. Most of their members are of Middle Eastern origin and they use their music to talk about issues relating to Middle Eastern Political issues as well as ones in the States.
