Here's the Leprosy (punk) side of the Split with the Helpless, unfortunately I don't have a tape player with RCA cables at the moment so I can't copy the whole cassette to my computer. Only 30 copies of this Cassette are still available apparently going to be repressed. If anyone is after the 2010 tour cassette I have copies of it for $4 minus shipping costs which includes the first demo and our side of the split. enjoy!!

Ten song Limited edition cassette to commemorate the 2010 tour of the East Coast of Australia. Was put together last minute as the release of the split cassette with The Helpless was delayed. Leprosy Biography
WEBSITE

Punk Band from Melbourne, Australia. Active from 2009 - 2014.
Influenced by UK82, Finnish and Swedish punk.

Members were involved in, or went on to be involved in a number of other projects:

-Ryan Barclay (Guitar 2009 - 2013): Hävittäjät, Masses, Mangel Wankers, Pest, Enzyme, RIP Fucker.

-Jake Lewis (Drums 2009 - 2010): Hävittäjät, No Class, Abrasive Action.

-Luke O'Donoghue (Vocals/Bass 2009 - 2014): Kromosom, Mangel Wankers, Atomic Age.

-Bern Kiely (Bass 2009 - 2013): Mental Defects.

-Jake Vining (Drums 2010 - 2012): Voodoo Lovecats, Beanfeast, Suffer, Synthicide.

-Jeff Talley (Drums 2012): Substance Abuse, The Dizzy Riders.

-Michael Norback (Guitar 2013 - 2014): Raw Hate, Waraholics.

There are three bands with this name. Leprosy from Mexico which was active with the Ex lead singer of the band Transmetal "Pimentel." Leprosy from the Paul Green School of Rock in Downingtown, PA. and Als, and finally Leprosy; a punk band from Melbourne Australia playing in the style of UK82 such as Disorder and Finnish punk such as KAAOS.

nLeprosy from PA have a sound very similar to Cannibal Corpse's, albeit the vocals are not quite as strong. The general song content is similar.

nLeprosy from Mexico started as a solo project by Alberto Pimentel when he left Transmetal. The band was formed in 1990 and their first CD was released on 1991 keeping the same style as Transmetal although Pimentel used English lyrics instead of Spanish ones.

nLeprosy are a hardcore punk band influenced by UK82 and Scandinavian punk from Melbourne, Australia. To date they have released an 09' demo tape and are in the process of releasing a split cassette with Californian Kuro worshipers The Helpless. They are also working on a split 7" with Chicago punks Corpse Gas. Leprosy's lyrical content is largely centered around anti-capitalism, anti-war, anti-religion, anti-fascism and nuclear annihilation.
