    Tipp-toeing on the topic again:
    I had a call from a friend about our drummer-problem here - he recommended asking people on music schools which train drummers and other musicians. A quick look in the net brought up a surprising number of these public and private schools.
    I had some doubt because it's for a punk-band, but he told me that the teachers there are more open minded than one might expect and sometimes very eager to connect their pupils with possible live experience.
    One disadvantage might be the age of the average pupil - but maybe it's worth a try, some of the schools even have engagement boards where interested people can leave messages/requests.
