you know exactly what i'm talking about... it's like the swastika, how it used to be an asian (i think) symbol before it was corrupted by the nazis, and now even when it s not upside and at an angle i still think it's meaning will never be the same again...

Yup it used to be a Buddhist symbol but with a minor difference.

I bought my first patch in 3 years yesterday.

A Final Conflict patch. And I only got it because it's the only Final Conflict patch I've seen for sale (besides online).

So, in the spirit of this occasion, I thought we should start a thread where you show patches you're proud of that you made.

I'm currently working on a Contravene back patch, I'll have pictures up when I'm done.

    Anybody else?

My friends dad sang back up vocals for Final Conflict, on the album ashes to ashes I believe. Billy Wedgeworth. Was a good friend of the band, and also played a couple with other metal/thrash crossover bands back in the day. He recently just passed away.
    RIP Billy.

That's rather awesome. I'm jealous you got the chance to know him.

Funny story, but my friends dad is best friends with Neil Robinson from Nausea (and Jesus Crust).
My friend pulls weeds for him so he can tell him stories of when he was in the band.

Haha, nice. Yeah I guess Casey Royer from DI used to mow his lawn. He would tell us stories of the OC punk scene back in the day.
    Ok sorry, back on subject.

Hey ungovernable that stuff is really good
Did you hand make those patches, or print them?
You also said you printed a shirt, do you have a printer for that?

I wear leather, but don't eat meat, I dont feel the need to justify it to hippies, people will always eat meat, stop deluding yourselves.
heres my jacket (not yet finished):

Top is Black Uniforms, cant really see it because its far away, bottom is English Dogs, right sleeve is Corpse Gas, and Left sleeve is Germ Attak (not featured at time of photo) front is Kromosom.

    slightly more detailed Black Uniforms:

I'm not a big patch person or anything. I typically just stick to jeans, t-shirt and a hoodie or something, but this is what I've been working on as of recently. Don't think I'll do much more. I'm just lazy and don't really make my clothing much of a priority.

The Front. The two pins are a Jameson Irish Whiskey cap I turned into a pin and a Pabst Blue Ribbon cap I also turned into a pin. On my hat (also made all of theme except for the one from the bar I work in, and the Murder by Death and Voodoo Glow Skulls pins), are caps from 40's of Mickey's, Schlitz, Olde English, Miller High Life, and PBR. There's also a Grolsch pin, and the voodoo-hand-thing. I've got a huge bag full of bottle caps I'm gonna make into pins whenever I get the motivation. The back doesn't have a good pic, but I'll find a decent one.

My germs patch from their like '83 tour. Had a shirt from it that I bought off ebay and sized when I was like 15, now it doesn't fit so I turned it into a backpatch! Gonna make a Conflict, Crass, and Total Chaos patch for the front.

Re: I bought my first patch in 3 years yesterday.

Wow... Uhm. Mine doesn't even come close to that. Haha.
Mines just the die-cut CONTRAVENE with the bird from their self titled album. Hah.
 Thumbs up to you ungovernable. I'm jealous.

And I know! That's why I finally gave up and just commited to making one.

P.S. How'd my thread get relocated? Haha.

My new denim. 5 dolla at Goodwill. The Contravene patch isn't done yet, and both the Swing Kids and Contravene aren't sewn yet.

Front. Left side is Articles of Filth, right is Final Conflict (patch I bought). Bottom left is Vampirates (they gave it to me at a show in Seattle), and right is just a gun. Pin says 'Meat Is Murder'.
Gonna make a buisnessman with a money symbol head for it too, and cut up my Dirt shirt for it.

My leather (Which I got from my mother, from when she was in a hair metal band in the 80's. Yes. Be jealous. :D ).
Just a Mankind? backpatch. (I like to keep it simple)

The front is just some bondage loops, saftey pins, studs, and pins.
