Could anyone provide/recommend some reading material on the subject? or perhaps explain to me the relation between egoism and anarchism, which puzzles me greatly.

A lot of stuff written by max stirner is really stupid. Individualism, sometimes, is really dumb.

You should read about collectivism instead.

I have, I identify in the communist school of anarchism although I've become rather disillusioned with the "movement" in Australia for various reasons. That's not to say I'm not an anarchist but I don't discount egoism as complete bollocks. Some people need an ego boost.

    Want a hug? :ecouteurs:
Reading 'The Bonnot Gang' by Richard Parry, pretty good overview of 'anarcho-individualism' in practise methinks.
Not really my political cuppa tea, but a good read nevertheless.

Well i really appreciate alot of Kropotkin's work as well as Bakunin's but i want to read about Anarchist Egoism because i can't make any bloody sense of the theory, it just goes right over my head.

Alexander Berkmans ABC's of Anarchism is a good starting point, easy to understand language and relatively recent.

Now if you can't afford these books, what library or other resource could you find them at?

Alright, after a few month's of thinking all I feel I need to know on this subject is, what are the distinctive differences between Anarchist Nihilism and Egoism?
