Does anyone listen to No Ca$h? i'm a huge fan, and was wondering if anyone knew anything about them (excluding the fact they broke up and MC Develin is The Mad Conductor) and if you haven't heard them, check em out, real good lyrics....if you can understand them...crazy shit that will get you thrashin around.

Yea I do listen to these guys, not their biggest fan, but I have to admit they have some great songs.
Gasoline is one of their better songs!

yes, gasoline is a sicc song. i'd say pierce the gates, skate or die (only because i skate) and kill yer parents would be my favorites. especially the lyrics to pierce the gates "here is yer church and here is yer steeple, lets light it on fire, and kill all the people" such brutal nihilism.

great band definately in my top ten as far as i know all that shit was recorded before they were old enough to drive which is pretty sick love the lyrics i dreamed of so much more than dying in a religous war they inspired my live to skate skate or die tatoo none of the other crack rock steady style bands ( choking v loc morning g indk etc) can live up to them i still get chills down my spine when i hear them

    AKA: Leftover Crack's Shadow.

I remember playing shows with them, and they would walk around telling people not to buy our demo or shirts, which we only accepted donations for. Hahaha....those fun teenage years.

i agree. if anything, no cash took what leftover crack was doing and made it fuckn cool (and technical), i really only listen to a bit of crack rock steady, and that was because of no cash. none of the crack rock steady bands have the musical or lyrical abilities that no cash had. i'm also getting a skate or die tattoo, and maybe a no cash wu-tang clan logo, that'd be sweet.

star fucking hipsters fucking suck balls.

i met these dudes (a band called prophet margin) at this gig we played last night, and when leftover crack were in australia, they came over and had a barbecue at his house. thats pretty fuckn sweet. and on the day i graduated from highschool, leftover crack played an all ages show, which nicely coincided with my graduation celebrations.

but hear hear! no cash FTW

i met Leftover Crack, i asked them if they needed a place to stay (since all their songs are about squatting or being too poor for housing) and they said that they were staying at the Hyatt Hotel (5 Star Hotel in my City) POSERS

No Commercial Value was the first band with Stza, they played ska-punk and started in 1990. Choking Victim was like 92-99. Leftover Crack 98. No-Cash was 99. No-Cash's debut release was a split with Team Spider. Stza/Strug whatever you want to call him produced at least the No-Cash tracks maybe the whole thing.

I really like a lot of LOC songs and I love seeing them live, but they are assholes. I was hanging out with Mouth Sewn Shut and they were telling me how they played a show with LOC, at the end of the show LOC grabbed all the money and split. As they've become popular and started making some money they have become increasingly hypocritical.

Back to No-Cash though. Love 'em, wish they had stuck around. Would have really loved at least one more full length.
