I'm an anarcho-syndicalist from the Netherlands, almost 3 decades old.
Started out as a vicious ignorant punk about 12 years old and developed into a hardcore-vegan anarchocrustie over the years. I sung in some locally famous d-beat, streetpunk and classic anarcho-punk bands.
I also used to programme shows for a few squat-bars where I lived and saw, and got pissed with, hundreds of bands from around the world.

At a certain point I got totally sick of the Dutch punk-scene, which mostly consisted out of middle-class white kids using the right badges and logo's and having the perfect looks and correct uniforms, but don't know shit and are in it for the 'scene-points'.
Furthermore I got fed up with the scene itself, with always the same people at the same gigs listening to bands that you can only understand when you have their records and read the lyrics...
Why sing about resistance and anarchism when no-one can understand your lyrics? And 90% of the people that come to your gigs in scary subcultural squats are anarchist anyway?!

Being an active and convinced anarchist I really still wanted to get my message across (which worked with bands like crass and conflict but didn't work any more in the Netherlands) and I eventually wound up in the Red and Anarchist Skinhead scene. I've been in a few bands, making ska and polka and reached a much broader audience.
Most skinheads are a part of the working-class, and that is where we have to be if we want to destroy capitalism and it's states. I strongly believe that without a class war we can never achieve the social revolution.. Our power lies in organizing the poor and oppressed to beat the system with strikes, direct-action and solidarity...

I'll quit now, of course wrote way more than I wanted.. I have a lot of Dutch (anarcho)punk, I'll try to put it on-line.
To conclude my bullshit story I'll make it worse by naming a few of my favourite bands:
Ya Basta!, DOOM, Dekadent, Rudimenatry Peni, Opkio k-95, Lost World, Vals, Toxic-waste, Subhumans, Nuclear Death Terror, Homomilitia and many, many more..
