As a radical antifascist (see points of unity) I feel it is only fair that i should leave this site. It seems that anybody who disagrees in the slightest with Ungovernable and his buddies is banned, and that any petty silly name slinging that he chooses to do to escape serious debate gets put in a PRIVATE forum so other members aren't privvy/can't defend it.

Not only that but the points of unity which I signed up for have been changed just to support one side of a two sided debate that was happening, and whilst I know this site has a fairly open moderation policy, I sense this is going by the wayside somewhat.

I was really enjoying having this as an educational and unifying site to learn more about anrchy and to arrange meetings with fellow anarchists, but i feel it has degenerated into something else entirely. If censorship and banishment are a keystone of your revolution, then you are no comerade of mine, freedom of sppech is no different from freedom of discrimination. Yu can't be against racism, except for white people, or against sexism, except for women.

History is a great tool of learning, both from the successes and mistakes. Just because history shows many examples of something, doesn't make it right. My revolution is for the future, not the past. Thanks for the albums, and all the positives.

ok then just leave and shut up, you don't need to do your spectacle and act like a martyr

the points of unity have not changed in any points, it was always the same.

about the private section, it is not private since all members automatically gets access to it. This is how we are working on pirate-punk.net (most famous anarcho punk french website) and resistance.tk (one of the most famous anarchist forum). this is also how many other forums are working, and a couple of anarchist forums have been inspired by ous and now do the things the same way.

the private section doesn't exclude the possibility to use the popular assembly forum that will still exist.

this new procedure will solve a lot of problems. big debates like we had recently ruins this forum, if i were to register to a forum and if i'd see that all debates turn into confrontation, i'd immediatly leave. Putting the debates in a forum that only active members gets access will prevent ruining all the debates and the new members who just registered won't be annoyed by the debates,.

And more importantly, the main reason why we did this is because there is a major flaw in the direct democracy system. An user can just register multiple accounts and vote over and over again. We had this problem on another forum and we don't want it to happen here.

What do you suggest ? You are another idiot who just critize and have nothing to suggest ? If you are against the new decisions, then just suggest an alternative solution that can solve all those problems.

A traditional anarchist thoughts is that the revolutions of today are inspired by the one of the past.

If a major consensus in the anarchist community agree that the spanish revolution was the best example of anarchism in action, then it means that what they did was correct. Just because a very small minority of illuminates think that they are fake anarchists and that they know better than those who have experience on the battlefield aren't going to change anything. Especially when you have nothing better to suuggest that utopias without any historical example.

I'm not going to go back on everything that i have been said, you are never going to listen anyway.

Just get the fuck out, good riddance.

Oh and calling yourself a radical is a big fucking joke, radical antifascists doesn't support free speech for their ennemies. You are definatly not a radical antifascist.

Also, one more thing : saying we want to ban everyone not thinking the same as us is lies and stupid accusations. If it was the case, you would have been one of the first target since a long long time. We just want to get rid of the trouble makers who ruin this forum for everyone.

You ain't never going to find any forums on the internet with the same size and activity as anarcho-punk.net that never banned a trouble maker from their forum.

The points of unity clearly say that this isn't the place for useless ideological confrontation, and clearly say that this forum is an ORGANISATION TOOL FOR PEOPLE SHARING COMMON INTEREST, FOR PERSONS WANTING TO UNITE AND NOT TO DIVIDE. It also clearly state that this is NOT a free tribune for ideological confrontation with no links to the convergence of our fights.

maybe if you weren't so confrontational this wouldn't be an issue
I just think that because you get way out of hand confrontational and rant and rave for 100 pages and be abusive to the point of provocation, shouldn't be grounds for banning people. I have no problem with a new system of modding, provided there is a fair and neutral balanced sample of the sites population.
Inspired by, but not limited by. But by all means remaining stagnant is surely better than striving for progress.

I agree that it was the best example of anarchy in action, but that's not to say there can't be better examples in the future. They did good, but perhaps some of their decisions weren't ideal (though perhaps necessary in the circumstances, seeing as they were overthrowing a fascist dictatorship who were masters of propaganda)
I'm no "illuminate" whatever that means, and I certainly aren't conceited enough to even consider calling them"fake anarchists" nor do i ever call anybody such a childish name. If we can't learn from history and move forward then we are stuck in the past. Make the most of what was good in that revolution, and learn from the mistakes and future revolutions can do honor to revolutions past.

PS it was originally marx who started referring to ideas that didn't fit his form of socialism as "utopian" even though much of the early stuff labelled "Utopian" is fairly well alligned with a lot of anarchist thought. just saying it's some marxist rhetoric that has wormed it's way into anarchy.

i thought you were going to leave ?? why are you still posting ??

oh yeah it's all my fault, as usual !!

i'm probably supposed to let it go when someone says all of our comrades of the past are authoritarian and fascist, and that the anti-fascism this forum stands for is authoritarism !!

oh yeah it's all my fault again.

You CAN'T make a revolution while tolerating your ennemies to freely spread their propaganda. It is a counter-sense. It hasnever happenned in over 2000 years and will never happen.

And all revolutions in the future will be the same. There will ALWAYS be a counter-revolution fighting against us who will act like fascists and who were masters of the propaganda. It always been that way and always be. Learn your history, you are ignorant.

What is not an honor to the revolutions of the past is to forget what they were fighting against, forget what they died for, and forget why they were forced to not tolerate the free speech of their ennemies.

Yes you are an illuminate, because you think everyone is wrong and you and only YOU is right.

    Fucking stupid and irrevelent argument.

What you say is IMPOSSIBLE TO REALISE if you prefer this word instead of utopian

Now this topic is getting back to the same confrontation that led to the recent chaos on the forum, so i'm closing this forum. Just leave now, and leave us alone

we already had this debate once, no need to repeat everything again.
