I'm Tony, I'm new to the forum (was lured in by the promise of free stuff ) I'm from the North of the UK and play drums in a couple of bands, Goatspeed from Leeds and Deviated Instinct from, well all over really but mainly Norwich. I'm married with 2 kids and I work as a graphic designer. I'm pretty a-political, I think there's something for everyone out there, except the far-right which has nothing to offer anyone. I'm coming around to the idea that one political ideal won't work for everyone. I do vote, only to keep my vote out of the hands of any far-right political party's grubby mitts. I favour non-violence over violence every time. I drink alcohol and caffeine but I don't smoke or take any other drugs. I'm vegan but I'm tolerant of people who aren't (I'm married to a one!! )
Hi tone I'm just starting to do the vegetarian thing and am wondering how I'll manage with the vegan thing.....any good web site you can recommend? I'm married to a meat eater too hahahaha.....
ok i know i will sound like a groopie.... but ii always liked Deviated Instinct and i am really happy to see you on this forum!! It's a great thing to see band members on this forum so we can learn to know better the persons behind the bands we like!
Sorry about that, the belly's got a life of it's own it pops out when I'm asleep Aye it is a bit, I'm the new guy though, I only joined this year after Mid Snapa and Leggo deafened their last drummer. Really, they're the ones responsible for the D.I. records you've got (and Mid is probably responsible for making a good few record covers and shirts from other bands look pretty) I think take it at your own pace, keep your eyes on the prize and make little changes whenever you're ready. If you slip backwards, don't sweat about it, just carry on. You can find practically everything you need to know on the web these days, if something springs to mind just google it. This is a pretty definitive site http://www.vegansociety.com/home.php that'll help a lot (even though it's UK based)....you'll be fine Anything else you need to know, just ask....I dare say there'll be plenty of people on here who'll be glad to help
