Really stupid

    Ok so i was in the middle of class today, not paying attention to the teacher and then i just started to scratch my arm, then hard and harder untill it started bleading, this isnt the first time ive done this but i swore to myself i would never do it agian. Ive been goin through alot of stress lately with my stupid ex girlfriend. I was just wondering, how do u deal with stress, depression, etc.

    i did the same thing when i was really high playing vollyball in gym...thats just cuz i did not notice dont think it was really from stress.

    the best thing for me recemntly was at work. i had to make a hole around a pipe that was in concrete so i had to smash through a bunch of concrete. all i had was a big hammer. boyy oh boy it felt good to have my music playing loud. each hit i would say a work from some thing that was pissing me off just to relese a bit more power into the hit

    it was like this.

    FUCK(hit)OFF(hit)I(hit)DONT(hit)CARE(hit)ABOUT(hit)...then what ever i was thinking about. it got the job done pretty quick and i felt loads better

    I write. I write about everything that's pissing me off, I've got a little composition notebook that I carry around with me, and before I strangle someone, I just write down how I'm feeling, and why that person is a dick. :p

    when i get high and i scratch hard, i like to spray hairspray, bug repellant, etc. etc. on the scratch becasue i love the burning sensation.

    but for depression... i shoot guns.

    Depression is fuckin difficult shit to deal with, and if i had a good and simple solution for it i wouldn't have to deal with it. What i've found works best for me tho, is to when it hits me real hard and i can't do anything, just stay home and allow myself to feel like shit and go through all the emotions and think about what's really bugging me, all while eating loads of chocolate (that's my main drug, kinda...). Sometimes it takes a couple of days, sometimes an hour or two. Afterwards i find it easier to see something good that makes it worth getting up in the morning.
    Talking is kind of a cliché i guess, but it can work. For me it's not nesecary to always talk about my feelings or what makes me depressed, it can help to just call someone and talk about whatever.

    bundling up is great for a bit. then you get to angry all the time. my whole life every one i have ever talked to pretty much say im an angry person. i told them they are dumbv asses im not an angry person people just piss me off

    Buy a boxing bag.
    Might also use an old duffle bag, but use gloves for that 'cause you'll open your skin quite easily.
    Also that's from someone who went further than scratching 'till blood :p
    I've done that, then poured booze on top of it and flicked my ashes in there as well, I have 2 big scars on my hands. I've done loads more shit and I'm trying to type with a bruised knuckle again.
    Basically I just turn every negative emotion into frustration and then kick or punch something, though kicking is usually better for my body, have also tried head-butting but concussions are a bitch.
    This frustration also helps me stay motivated to go on with life and make the most out of it, as well as try to bring about some positive change.

    I work out when I'm stressed, especially kick-boxing. Sometimes i paint but it just feels better to really exert myself physically.

    I deal by smoking ganja and maybe working on a hobby to let my mind go empty. The internet is a good place to empty your mind. You could go on 4chan and troll stupid college students. Or you could make music. If you don't have a guitar, just sit in the dirt, slap a rock with a stick and make up lyrics about shit that pisses you off.

    Stress turn into depression if you don't let it out. Everyone got different way of doing that, I find loud music works well.
