thanks to Rathryn i managed to record my guitar on PC and also learn what an ebook is XD
anway...i recorded one song with three guitars and mixed them into one using audacity
it didnt trun out professional because i only worked on it for about half an hour and i dont have the good expensive equipment...my guitar only cost 250 bucks or soemthing....and im not exactly the best guitarist.....
i made about 2 mistakes throughout the whole song btw but not major ones :D :D :D :D
oh yeah and i also added some of my fav punk songs to make a playlist. i hope to make more depending on the feedback i get with this one.
btw i didnt write the song i just played it and its not even a punk song its altern rock...
tell me what you thought of it? i need to know my skill level

    I like it.
Good delivery. I personally like the sound of the recording,
it's got that tape recorder sound to it.
It does sound like an alt. rock song but that's not always a bad thing, especially in this case.
maybe add some vocals next? either way keep it up

Personally I think it's a bit too much distortion for that song and it sounds kinda off-key, maybe 'cause of that.
    But otherwise sounds good :)

its on overdrive thats way lower than distortion but i guess the mike makes it sound bad?

I dunno my musical terms, tbh. Everything that sounds... well 'distorted' I call distortion.
Glad to have been of help, btw :)

hmm sounded alright :p. accept, sounded like guitar was out of tune just a little bit as most of the chords sounded "off" besides that the playing was pretty good. sounds kind of like a germanium od to me :p.

+ 3 guitars? you mean you played it all 3 times? or in 3 parts lol, theres not need to record all 3 at the same time im pretty sure audacity would have just let you copy the track a couple times but i havent used it in awhile..

yea I didnt play 3 guitars at the same time! and the 3 is only really present at around the first 10-15 bars after that it just gets kinda boring...

Quality mate. All it needs is a tight drum loop. Dunno if audacity can use VSTs but there is a great drum plug in called ezdrummer. U can use it with Cubass, I use it with FL studio.
