games are an industry, like mainstream music or mc'd's my point, play away, be careful, think outside the square

i'm not even against someone having a bk burger every 2 months but whats the addiction rate, do u pass on bad habits to others, i only beg the question i don't tell others what to do, not my place

i'm gonna start a thread about being a diet cokehead

    'only stupid bastards support emi'

how many pairs of shows do you need!?, are you emelda marcos

soz i'm just a thinker, doesn't someone gotta be ahaha, the industry still sucks shit!!!!!!! go and live on an island for 2 weeks and see what ya made of, what can you live with or without or stare at another billboard, they are all around you ahaha

    just picked up Mercenaries 2

its pretty cool you can side with different factions like the American oil industry, The Venezuela Revolutionaries, and Anarchists (pirates)

The game is entirely about blowing shit up for money, great game for 15 $

I started playing magic in high school, I was really into it for a while. but I have gotten out of it because it seems like unless you spend tons of money on it and buy all the new sets it is hard to play a fair game these days. I only have one deck and that is a zombie pacifist deck that I created. basically with this deck it is focused around the 4 Vengeful Dead cards that deal damage to all of your opponents every time a zombie is put in your graveyard... well I have a whole deck of zombies so when ever someone attacks me, or I sacrifice a card my opponents take damage, and I never have to actually attack. Oh and since it is a black deck I just use some cards to bring creatures back from my graveyard and do it all over again. I traded the rest of my cards for D&D books.

there is link between a lack of empathy and disengagegement as well, so things don't get through and peole don't care, thing is they wish you to care about them, that is as pervese as nazism, i wonder why

Oh man reminds me of this crazy no-creature direct-damage deck I built once, of course completely red XD Loads of mana and loads of instants.
But I gave up playing a few years back for the same exact reason, I was able to get a some bucks from the cards I had so I could buy more D&D books, which in the end I sold as well, seeing as how I hadn't played in over a year and they were collecting dust and I was out of cash again.
But another question... does anyone play WoD? I actually prefer that gameplay over D&D, as it has less dice rolls, only uses D10 and the gameplay is more centred around the storytelling, rather than the dice rolling. Or at least that's how it appears to me anyway.

Oh and for Fallout 3, if you choose to betray Mr. Burke in Megaton, the sheriff will also die and you will not lose, but actually GAIN karma ;)

I used to play WoD, my fav was Werewolf: The Apocalypse, but Vampire and Mage were wicked cool too. I played them all, up until shortly after the Werewolf third editions came out which I thought weren't as good as 2nd Ed. MUCH better than D&D, which I really couldn't get into. Most people were into Sci-Fi and Fantasy, for me it was always Sci-Fi and HORROR. That's why I loved WoD, that and the dice system which was SO much easier and sensible. Good games.

I've beaten Broken Steel and Point Lookout, I'm going the good karma route. Now at level 30 I'm a "Very Good Messiah."

i think video games can be a good stress reliever. Playing stuff like GTA and killing truckloads of cops with no real consequence can make a person feel great.

indeed, the consumption and contribution to mediaa organisations etc that control i am concenred about and also disengagement, peoole use to meet and talk abut stuff rather than 'just get pissed', thats fine too but we've gotta be pragmatic, some nations i find more ideologically consumerist than others and that isn't helpful in the slightest

I just got a PS3....Demons Souls is straight up fucking vile.
Never before has a game insulted my intelligence so horribly, and made me come back for more.
You have to play the first level for 5 hours just to understand how the game works/get enough items/level up enough to even hope to survive the onslaught this game unleashes.

I also have metal gear 4, uncharted 1 and 2 and both ninja gaiden sigmas, which are hard as fuck in thier own way.

    Bayonetta is pretty badass too.

Awaiting Mass effect 2, Heavy rain, final fantasy 13....and....god of war 3.
Bioshock 2 on the other hand I am not that interested in.

Fallout 3 has to be my favorite X360 game. It was like my my favorite game of all time (Morrowind) but with cooler settings and better mechanics.

Cocytus if you knew the disgusting amount of hours I spent playing oblivion in the year 2007. You would probably politically assassinate me. My character can run and jump faster than the prosesscer than the xbox can render landscapes and I don't even own the game q: I think obilivion is masterpiece but morrowind just has some sort of sentimental value to me.

Yeah, I tend to buy older games once they get cheaper. I played that through a couple of months ago. I enjoy being a badass Swede (just like real life for me) as well as taking down an oil company/the UN
