sewing patches

    i am sewing patches on my denim jacket but i dont know to to prevent the edges of the patches from fraying

    Just fold a little bit of that fabric from the edge of the patch back on every side, then sew it :)

    hot glue gun along edges of patch after it's sewn on if you really don't want them to fray

    Fabric paint on the edges before sewing works really well too...and you can sorta match the colors

    Folding the edges of the patches before you sew will work. Also id there are already frays try burning them but make sure it doesn't get to the patch or part of the patch will look chard and burnt. But it does look pretty cool. and make you're using a whip stitch when you sew. :thumbsup:

    I've always kinda let them fall off with age because I assume that's the only fate for them, haha.
