new languages

I added GREEK language and re-added Chinese and Japenese languages to the forum (had to temporary desactivate chinese and japenese because of compatibility issues, but now it's back)

If you think we are missing a specific language, post here.

Note: i also finally found a way to fix the damn problem with foreign characters in the left menu.

So i decided to create a section for "other languages"

When those forums get more active we will create a specific category for the corresponding language
