Why are some people such assholes?

    so i was on facebook (sue me) and i was on a page when i see a guy with a Che Guevera profile picture, so i tried chatting him. to this he replied that i am a faggot, that im an asshole, and that i need to stop sucking up so hard. he wrote that he is a hardcore anarchist and he follows anarcho-primitism. this is all fine but when i tried to tell him that hes being a tad elitist and he needs to chill out he refused and called me an asshole/prick.
    this didn't hurt my feelings, but i was just trying to talk to a fellow anarchist and i get a reply like this. i was blown away... what are your thoughts, comrades? :ecouteurs:

    Fuck Che Guevara that should have been your clue, any anarchist with half a brain knows Che murdered Cuban anarchists so why would they have him as an avatar.....please

    people are assholes because the world needs that or else we would all be retarded at some point, if you encounter an idiot like that, then you need to have more basis than them. it doesnt matter what youve got to prove. and you were being a suck up. what does it matter if someone appears to be of your ilk that doesnt mean shit because ideas are bigger than people. in smaller terms people are assholes because they want people to make themselves. at some times you need to know what your current form of a supposedly complete self has against the opposings current form of a supposedly complete self.
