Extreme Noise Terror and also S.O.D mention 'milano' or 'milano mosh' with reference to nazi skinheads. Just curious as to what this means I cant seem to find a definition anywhere. Does anyone know it?

I don't think you've got that quite right. SOD's singer was Billy Milano. I thought he was referring to himself (can you mosh like a big, fat idiot?). Not sure of the ENT reference but they could easily be referring to Billy Milano, who I'm pretty sure they would describe as a big idiot and possibly as a nazi due to his anti-semitic quotes.
