I just found this randomly and I thought I'd share it if anyone's interested.
Its a documentary about what might have been the only punk rocker in Albania under Enver Hoxha, it was shot in 2000 by Joni Shanaj.
It was uploaded in eleven parts, here is the first:

I made it into a playlist, the whole documentary is in 11 parts(each 3-4 minutes long).

Sadly, its still very much like that today.

Seems like Ivi must've been quite a character. Pity his "followers" were to scared to join him. I'd have thought though that such a repressive system could've spawned a bigger punk scene :/
But it shows once again how the "victims" themselves are coerced into alienating anyone who doesn't "fit in" by labeling them "psychotic".

Haha, the thing is, I doubt he was. I think he just looked different and had different ideals, thats all. Even I get shit when I'm with my family down there.
    Yeah, there's something about albanians..

Oh no the first 2 videos of the series are blocked in the mofo plantation that i find myself in these days :'(

The message said: "This video contains content from The Harry Fox Agency, Inc. (HFA) and EMI, one or more of whom have blocked it in your country on copyright grounds."

    :/

What? How weird! Argh, I could get get all the videos and patch them up or something, so I can put up a download link for the whole documentary in one piece on here. I just have to wait until I'm at the library, my connection here at home is way too slow for that. :D

No problem! Sadly I couldn't put it together, they were uploaded on two different accounts on youtube, and the file types were different too, and I really don't know squat about editing videos other than what you can do on windows moviemaker, haha.
